When it comes to busy mornings, we’re all looking for something simply delicious to bring the whole family to the table. Everything you love about breakfast can be found on top of these mini bagels!

6 whole mini bagels; sliced into halves

6 tbsp. Garlic & Herb Cheese spread

5 Eggland’s Best Eggs, large; scrambled

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 strips of cooked bacon; crumbled

1 tbsp. chives

1 oz. whole milk


  1. In a medium bowl add eggs and whole milk. Whisk until blended.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook. When the mixture begins to set, scrape a spatula along the bottom of the pan to form a scramble. In a separate pan, cook strips of bacon according to package directions until brown and crispy.
  3. Drain on a paper towel and crumble. Slice bagels in half and toast. While warm, spread an even layer of garlic and herb cheese on the insides of each half. Add scrambled eggs on top of bagels. Sprinkle on cheese and bacon crumbles. Top with chives and enjoy!
