This Morning Glory Oatmeal is a nutritious and flavorful breakfast dish that incorporates a variety of healthy ingredients to create a wholesome meal.

1 cup rolled oats

2 cups milk of choice

1/3 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites

1.5 tbsp Greek yogurt

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup diced apple

3 tbsp raisins or chopped dates

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Optional toppings: Extra grated carrots, apples, raisins, pecans, cinnamon and maple syrup


  1. In a small pot over medium heat, add oats and milk and simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring regularly until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid.
  2. Add egg whites, yogurt, granted carrots, apple, raisins, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix until well combined.
  3. Serve with extra toppings, enjoy!
