1 cup rolled oats

2 cups chicken broth

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: 1 scoop collagen

Squeeze of lemon juice

Two Eggland's Best Large Eggs

1/2 an avocado

Everything but the bagel seasoning


  1. Bring your chicken broth to a boil & add in the rolled oats + seasonings. Cook for 5-10 minutes until a normal oatmeal consistency.
  2. On the side, toss some olive oil in a high heat pan and crack your eggs into the middle. Cover with a lid & cook until the whites are cooked through but the yolk is still runny.
  3. Pour your oatmeal into a large bowl & top with the eggs, avocado & seasoning & ENJOY!
