Ingredients

6 Eggland’s Best Eggs, large

1.5 Cups Milk

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

2 Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tsp Salt 1 Loaf of Sourdough Bread, Cut into Cubes

2 Tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped

2 Cups Baby Bella Mushrooms

1 Cup Spinach

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Grab a bread knife and your sourdough loaf and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Place bread cubes into a casserole dish along with the spinach and mushrooms. Mix together with your hands and arrange evenly.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together. Whisk well. Pour this mixture slowly and evenly over your bread mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy immediately!
