Spinach, Mushroom, and Feta Egg Bites

12 Eggland’s Best Large Eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup chopped spinach
½ cup feta cheese crumbles
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. A silicone muffin mold works well for this recipe, but if using a metal muffin tin, spray with nonstick cooking spray. This recipe makes 12 egg bites.
2. In a large bowl, crack your eggs. Add milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk to combine. Add mushrooms, spinach, and feta and mix again.
3. Divide the egg mixture between 12 muffin cups and bake for 20-30 minutes until the centers of the egg bites are set. Serve with extra feta cheese or freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
