Naan Breakfast Pizza with sausage, bell peppers, scrambled eggs and cheese, baked and melted to perfection.

Ingredients

3 Eggland’s Best eggs, large

3 tbsp milk

Salt and pepper (as needed)

½ bell pepper (sliced)

2 cooked sausage patties (sliced)

2 naan

½ cup mozzarella cheese

¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese

Oil (as needed)

Chili flakes (optional topping)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper until fluffy. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, add whisked eggs and scramble it. Keep aside.
  3. Divide and spread cheese equally across naan. Top with sausage, bell peppers and scrambled eggs. Sprinkle little cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Top with chili flakes (optional). Serve hot.
