2 cold Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup cherry pie filling

Garnish: orange zest & fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 and have ready a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the cold egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat with an electric mixer until foamy and soft peaks start to form.
