Firecracker Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 Eggland's Best eggs, Large
- 1 teaspoon red gel food color
- 1 teaspoon blue gel food color
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- Red, white & blue candy sprinkles
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 12-cup Bundt pan with baking spray.
- In a large bowl beat cake mix, water, oil and Eggland's Best eggs until combined.
- In small bowl, place 1 cup of batter and stir in red food coloring until blended. In another small bowl, place 1 cup of batter and stir in the blue food coloring until blended.
- Pour red cake batter into the bottom of the pan. Pour the remaining white cake batter over the red and carefully pour the blue batter over the white batter.
- Bake for 40 minutes, remove cake from oven, let it stand for 10 minutes and remove it from the pan onto a cooling rack.
- Once cake has completed cooled, top with vanilla frosting and sprinkles.
