Mexican Toast with Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs

1 Slice of Toast
1/2 Chopped Jalapeno
Pinch of Cilantro
- Take 1 slice of bread and place in toaster.
- While bread is toasting, take a fork and begin to mash your avocado.
- Place on toasted bread.
- Take 2 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs, and slice each egg into roughly 4 slices, place on top of mashed avocado.
- Top with jalapeños, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
