Ingredients

3 cups of pancake mix

1 cup of almond milk

3 Eggland’s Best Large Eggs

1/4 cup syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients and pour into a muffin tin that has been lined with muffin liners.
  2. Pour the batter into the muffin cups until 2/3 full & bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
