A delightfully flaky and crisp pie crust, topped with cream cheese and fresh, juicy peaches.⁣

Galette Dough:

4 cups all-purpose flour⁣⁣⁣

2 tbsp sugar⁣⁣⁣

2 tsp baking powder⁣⁣⁣

2 tsp freshly ground black pepper⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp kosher salt⁣⁣⁣

1 1/ 2 cups unsalted butter, cut into small pieces⁣⁣⁣

2 Eggland's Best eggs⁣⁣⁣, large

2/ 3 cup ice water, plus more as needed ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

For the toppings:⁣⁣

Cream cheese

Sliced peaches

Cherry syrup


  1. Mix the dough ingredients to form a dough
  2. Cut into two-3 parts, roll into circles, put the cream cheese, the sliced peaches
  3. Bake at 360°F until golden brown (around 20 mins).⁣
