Ingredients

1 Eggland's Best egg, large

1 cup organic shredded kale

1/2 link of garlic herb chicken sausage

3 baby potatoes

1/4 avocado

Butter and salt to taste

Garlic powder and everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Preparation

  1. Sauté kale in a pot over medium until wilted.
  2. Boil potatoes in a pot until soft. Then cut up, add a little butter and salt then mix.
  3. Slice chicken sausage and cook on medium until both sides are browned.
