  • 8 Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili paste
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce.

Season to salt, pepper, and paprika.
