Ingredients

1 Large Eggland’s Best Egg

Your favorite cookie mix

1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon water

Mini chocolate peanut butter cups

Black icing for decorating

Preparation

  1. Make the cookie mix according to package directions, using one Eggland’s Best egg.
  2. Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  3. Immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, lightly press the mini peanut butter cup into the center of the cookie.
  4. Let the cookies cool completely before piping legs and eyes onto the cookie. Enjoy!
