Ingredients

1 Eggland’s Best Large Egg

1 Scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla Preferred)

2 Tbsp Coconut Flour

¼ Tsp Baking Powder

Dash Cinnamon

Dash Salt

½ Cup Water

½ Cup of Strawberries

Handful of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

  1. Rinse off Strawberries. Cut up into slices.
  2. Grab a microwave safe bowl and coat with coconut oil spray
  3. Mix all dry ingredients: Protein Powder, Coconut Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt
  4. Then add 1 Better Egg.
  5. Add Water and mix to an even consistency,
  6. Fold in Strawberries and Chocolate Chips
  7. Microwave for 2-4 minutes (vary depending on microwave).
  8. Let it cool. Top off with sugar free syrup (optional)
