Ingredients

6 tbsp 100% Eggland’s Best Eggs Whites, room temperature

1 tbsp of almond milk

1 tbsp chopped green onion

1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers

1 tbsp chopped mushroom

2 tbsp low fat shredded cheese

Preparation

  1. Combine egg whites, and all other ingredients in a microwave-safe mug coated with non-stick spray.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute and give the mixture a stir.
  3. Return to the microwave and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
  4. Add a garnish and Enjoy.
